Assignments to Albion can take a number of perspectives.

Commercial arrangements are contracted either on a cost plus basis, where the client company has total jurisdiction on the human and other resources employed or alternatively on a fixed price basis, where the operational efficiency of the project is totally underwritten by Albion.

At the start of an enquiry, Albion will appoint a project manager. His task will be to work with the client company to scope and cost the project and to liase with our Indian staff to ensure that operational service standards are consistently attained.
